We will refund any subscription within the first 48 hours for any reason upon user request. After the first 48 hours of the subscription, we will only issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Rustadmin collects some data about your rust servers and your players. All those data can be deleted at any point with a simple request via the contact form.
Your own personal data (username and email) remain on rustadmin.com and will never be provided to any external persons/services without your express consent.
The data collected from your rust servers and players are used by Rustadmin to provide advanced players tracking, only accessible from rustadmin.com.
Rustadmin allows server owners to share their bans with the community through the Rustadmin shared bans system.
The only accepted language for a shared ban description is english. A ban description should be correctly written and well explained, documented if possible.
Revenge bans between server owners for whatever reasons are strictly forbidden.
All bans not following the above rules will be removed with or without notice. In the end I am the only judge and I do not need to justify myself for removing a ban.
Server owners not respecting these rules will be banned from the shared ban system.
